WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard 5-7 business day shipping service on all Continental United States orders. Any foreign or international orders will have a different shipment option at the checkout that will be paid for by the customer.
Once an order is fulfilled and completed, we will notify you once it has been shipped. If you paid to upgrade your free shipping to include tracking on your package, the tracking number and information will be sent to your email. Once your order has been packaged and delivered to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), Keepsake Journals is no longer responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or missing items from the package.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer free international shipping. If the customer pays for the additional shipping and customs fee's, we are more than happy to ship anywhere in the world.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
